JAPH Investments, LLC was established in 2013 as a real estate investment vehicle. For years, it served its original purpose quietly — holding and managing rental properties while its founders built their professional careers.
Two years ago, the company began its transformation. With two rental properties under management and a combined professional background spanning mortgage origination, real estate, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial consulting, the Henrys recognized an opportunity to formalize what they had always done: help people navigate the financial landscape with confidence.
Today, JAPH Investments, LLC serves as the parent company for three specialized service divisions — each one an extension of the expertise and values that have guided the family since 2013.
