Refund Policy

JAPH Investments, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional financial services including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and business formation. Due to the professional and time-intensive nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Monthly Bookkeeping Services

All monthly bookkeeping fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing period. Work is considered commenced at the beginning of each billing cycle.

— If you cancel prior to the commencement of services for a given month, a refund will be issued minus a $75.00 administrative processing fee.

— No refunds will be issued for partial months of service already rendered.

— Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. The client remains responsible for the full month's fee.

— If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, services may be paused or canceled. Any refund of advanced payments will be issued minus the $75.00 administrative fee.

2. Bookkeeping Cleanup Services

Cleanup services are billed at $300.00 per month of cleanup required and are due in full before work begins.

— Fees paid are non-refundable once cleanup work has commenced.

— If you cancel prior to the commencement of any cleanup work, a full refund will be issued minus a $75.00 administrative processing fee.

— No partial refunds will be issued for work already completed within the agreed scope.

— If the scope of cleanup is found to exceed the initial estimate, a revised fee will be communicated in writing. No additional work will proceed without written client approval.

3. Tax Preparation Services

Tax preparation fees are flat-rate and due prior to filing.

— Fees are non-refundable once preparation work has commenced.

— If you cancel prior to the commencement of preparation, a refund will be issued minus a $75.00 administrative processing fee.

— No returns will be filed until payment is received in full.

4. Business Formation Services

Business formation fees include state filing fees and professional service fees.

— State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state, regardless of the outcome of the filing.

— Professional service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

— If you cancel prior to submission to the state, a refund of the professional service fee will be issued minus a $75.00 administrative processing fee. State filing fees already paid to the state are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or the client portal. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Please include:

— Your full name and email address on file

— The service for which you are requesting a refund

— The reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
